Après Living
Park City, UT - Deer Valley
Our client, who hosts guests in Deer Valley, asked us to transform a dated two-level residence at Stein Eriksen Residences into a warm, welcoming mountain home that could function as two separate units or combine into one full house.
Roberts & Lamb led a turnkey renovation and furnishing of every room. The palette draws on the setting, with warm neutrals, deep wood and brass, layered with velvet in olive and rust. Updates ranged from new paint, lighting and carpet to custom built-ins, a reworked lower-level kitchenette and new Kallista shower fixtures throughout. In the kitchenette, Monte Carlo marble wraps the counter, backsplash and a floating shelf, lit by brass and glass sconces against reclaimed French oak. Upstairs, an upsized wormwood dining table sits beneath a brass chandelier with etched glass shades.
Every choice was made to feel cozy and distinctly mountain while wearing well over time, so the home can host a full house, season after season.
