Rustic Modern

Our clients, a busy family with three children, approached us with a unique mountain home renovation project in Sandy, UT. Their goal was to revamp their outdated 80s property to be a rustic yet modern family home.

Roberts & Lamb collaborated closely with the clients to identify their specific needs, resulting in a highly personalized home. We repurposed family heirlooms and added fun new features, such as a hidden pantry that provided extra storage and a practical, enjoyable space for the entire family.

The use of wallpaper and custom window treatments added warmth, while updates to the kitchen, bathroom, and lighting introduced a modern feel. By combining vintage and modern furniture and fittings, we created a cozy and stylish home that works beautifully for this family of five.
