DESIGN DOCUMENTATION & ORDERING
We finalize all major items with longer lead times and specific design elements. Upon your approval, the builder will begin ordering items. We will also finalize furnishing selections and place orders.

SITE VISITS & CONSTRUCTION
The builder provides the construction timeline. We conduct regular site visits, working closely with the builder and communicating with you to ensure design specifications are met.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH & FURNITURE INSTALL
We conduct a final walkthrough, addressing any remaining construction items. We schedule the delivery and placement of furnishings, arrange accessories, and set up a photoshoot to capture the finished space.
